Omnisphere Mirai is a collection of 120 cinematic patches for the Spectrasonics Omnisphere synthesizer. It features 128 exclusive sound sources, recorded and developed specifically for this sound pack. It uses only these new sound sources and does not use stock sounds from Omnisphere or any other sound pack.
Mirai is my most synth-inspired sound pack to date, heavily inspired by cyberpunk and retro electronics. The main difference from regular synth presets is that it is entirely sample-based and does not use the oscillator waveforms from Omnisphere.
Instead, I created a large number of complex wavetables using a variety of other synthesizers, combined them, and then used the resulting samples to create sound sources for Mirai. This means that each patch is a true hybrid of several completely different synths, giving this collection a unique tonal richness.
Omnisphere Mirai makes extensive use of the modulation wheel. In many cases it can completely change a patch, turning it into something completely different, so I encourage you to experiment with it.
