Modal Synthesis Reimagined
Rippler offers modern modal synthesis using techniques like bidirectional energy coupling, combined with classic subtractive synthesis featuring two oscillators and two filters.
At its core, Rippler uses resonator blocks to reproduce the sounds of various instruments without using samples. With multiple modulated parameters, it can produce a wide variety of sounds—from pads and strings to drums and plucked instruments.
Modulation is everywhere.
Each parameter can be modulated by multiple sources, such as envelopes and LFOs.
A simple, drag-and-drop modulation system makes it easy to create complex, time-varying sounds. Shape any modulation connection with custom response curves using Mod Mapping—turn linear modulation into exponential, S-shaped, or stepped modulation to precisely control the impact of each source on the final result.
Modular effects chain:
13 effects on the master bus and 12 on each layer—all in a fully modular chain.
Combine effects in any order to create unique sonic textures, from subtle warmth to complete destruction.
