=> If you think you are not experienced, search “WaveShell*” in your C drive, then delete all.
=> We always see people having problem with old shells which should be uninstalled before.
Clean Registry:

Restart the OS
Install the necessary plugins using Waves Central (registration required) ( Download Waves Central )
Launch one of the plugins in the DAW and close it (so that the necessary folders are created)
Folder WavesLicenseEngine.bundle place with replacement in
%PROGRAMDATA%\WavesAudio\Modules
File index.js place with replacement in (if you installed COSMOS)
%PROGRAMDATA%\Waves Audio\COSMOS\HTML
File app.asar in
C:\Program Files ( x86)\Waves\COSMOS\bin\resources
Run Waves_Keygen.exe, enter the device ID, click “Generate” and save the resulting license file (*.wle)
Note: Device ID can be viewed in Waves Central > Licenses
Save the license file (*.wle) to
%PROGRAMDATA%\Waves Audio\Licenses
If you later want to install more plugins, repeat the “procedure”
