We recorded this instrument in a dry studio environment using a pair of Neumann TLM 102 preamps and Sound Devices to achieve maximum detail, clarity, audio reproduction and pure dynamic range. The Kontakt interface includes a set of automation-ready sound shaping controls, providing complete creative flexibility. You have control over fade, attack, decay, offset, vibrato, filter, pitch (coarse and fine), articulation switching, crossfading and layering, and much more.
This library comes with an adaptive LFO system, with the ability to select LFO shape, modulation parameter, speed, intensity, tempo sync and decay time. You can also choose from 12 low-pass, high-pass and effect filters, with assignable modulation targets such as velocity, mod wheel, expression, aftertouch, key position and table sequencer control. Our customizable arpeggiator offers a velocity table and control over arpeggio direction, sync, swing, randomization and duration. We’ve included a key and fret lock system to limit your notes to standard frets and keys for easy melodic composition and live performance.
The interface is complemented by our modular FX Rack panel, with 27 different DSP effects modules that can be assigned to any of the 8 available slots, in any order you choose. You’ll find classic phasers, flangers, delays, distortions, amp and cabinet simulators, compressors, EQs, rotators and more. The Reverb effect includes our favorite convolution-based reverb impulse responses, including 99 different rooms, halls, chambers and open spaces, plus an additional 40 user FX impulses to radically transform the sound and open up whole new worlds of musical possibilities.
