A breath control function allows the performer to manipulate the duration from breath noise to actual tone with any controller.

The expression knob changes tone color in a natural, continuous manner, without gradation.
A hybrid combination of shakuhachi (1.8 shakuhachi) and shakuhachi 2.3 provides a wider register, including lower tones and more color variations.
