New percussion instrument
Contains 12 different percussion sounds created from hit records of household items (such as silverware, a sofa, a toy drum or a pair of car keys). Each sound was carefully sampled and processed for musical performance. Ting is designed to be a creative instrument and a replacement for conventional percussion instruments. In total, ~ 500 separate samples are used to make this instrument.
In addition to the sounds, there is an equalizer, a space simulator and a compressor.
