Electric Keys offers the opportunity to hear detailed sampling of the original Fender Rhodes Mark 1, combining the instrument’s iconic sound with our proven state-of-the-art sampling techniques and atmospheric effects. This is the first instrument in the Blueprint series: an ever-growing collection of free sample libraries for Kontakt Player.
The first in our Blueprint series of free instruments is the Electric Keys, a replica of a vintage Rhodes Mark 1 stage piano. Thanks to DI, amplifier and acoustic signals, the instrument is captured in great detail, from subtle tones to distinctive mechanical properties.
Included in the library is a special ambiance layer, a unique feature of all of our commercial piano products, which expands Electric Keys’ sonic capabilities from popular music to funk and jazz, and into our own wheelhouse of cinematic soundscapes.
