This collection of samples from Kyoka is as strange as and beautiful. All in all, this is a colorful and multifaceted answer to a rather unique question: which sounds more exotic, alien and exciting, the Buchla Kyoki system or Kyoki’s everyday environment as she travels the world performing, recording and living the life of a curious electronic musician? We like to think that these samples are not only high quality, impeccably original and musically useful, but also allow us to look into the beautiful mind of their creator.

127 samples: 46 sampled Buchla sounds (percussion, bass, soundwall, noise et cetera) and 81 field recordings (including ambience, found sounds – ranging from a German bird to Danish cafĂ© chatter – and some unexpected pitched and percussive instruments as well).
While formatted for Digitakt, the sound files of this Sound Pack is also compatible with Octatrack, Analog Rytm, and any other sampler that handles WAV files.

This Sound Pack is a digital item. Detailed instructions on how to download the Sound Pack will be provided via email upon purchase.
