Embark on a fantastic musical journey with Space Age Rhythm! This collection contains seven essential rhythm section instruments that define the sound of the mid-century studio orchestra.
Each instrument has been sampled and processed according to its style to create authentic sounding tracks in genres such as space age pop, lounge, jazz, bossa nova, cha cha cha, big band, easy listening and more.
We have made every effort to record this project as authentically as possible. Working in one of the best studios in New York, we captured the sounds of a classic studio orchestra using the instruments and techniques of that era. A
short list of the classic gear we used includes original Neumann/Telefunken U47 tube microphones (3), RCA 44 ribbon microphones (3), RCA DX77 ribbon microphones (2), Altec and Ampex tube mixers, Pultec equalizers and a Fairchild-style compressor.
The perfect complement to space-age pop samples and loops, this library will fill your creative cocktail glass with an intoxicating collection of Kontakt instruments.
