Acustica and the team at Improve Your Mix, the first Pro Audio portal in Italy, have joined forces with one of the best Italian mix engineers Salvatore Addeo to create VOXA, the perfect easy-to-use tool to instantly enhance vocals with shine, richness, presence, breath and detail.

Inside VOXA you’ll find Salvatore Addeo’s complete vocal processing chain, which he uses regularly. This chain has evolved and refined over the years, spanning a variety of features, all designed to emulate the unique sound he has cultivated throughout his 25-year career. VOXA is the right choice if you want instant results, it is the perfect vocal processing plugin that can add shine to your vocals and bring in the quietest details to help your vocals stand out in the mix.

VOXA offers versatility, effectively working with voices from a variety of musical genres, as evident in the presets. He has also demonstrated exceptional performance with instruments such as piano, keyboards and synthesizers. Therefore, we highly recommend using it on these instruments as well.
How to achieve a more “produced” and polished vocal sound?

Typically, a balanced combination of equalizer, compression, saturation, and possibly other sound processing techniques is used to achieve the desired sound. However, the new Voxa plugin from Acustica and Salvatore Addeo comes very close to offering a simplified solution to this problem.

Once again, the user interface is almost startlingly simple; Essentially, there is one large MIX knob that adjusts the strength of the main “created” effect, a Parallel (Dry-Wet) control, four small knobs that adjust the amount of input-output gain and set the High-pass and Low-pass cutoff frequencies, and finally 4 valuable buttons to activate different modes/presets.

VOXA’s goal is to turn an ordinary vocal recording into a top-notch hit. Salvatore Addeo, drawing on his studio experience, carefully designed settings designed to achieve this vocal perfection.
