Description
We’re truly proud to announce our first signature plugin, developed by none other than the legendary producer-engineer Al Schmitt, who
sadly recently passed away. Our team worked with Al, analyzing his workflow, equipment, and production processes over the past decades,
from subtle harmonic characteristics to echo, compression, and EQ. This led us to create the distinctive characteristics that define his sound.
The Al Schmitt signature plugin features six different profiles: vocals, piano, bass, brass, strings, and mix (bus). Each has distinct sonic characteristics
and parameters based on Al’s workflow and perception of each instrument. Distilled with minimal control and designed to
instantly achieve the sound you want.
CenterOne
CenterOne lets you adjust the phantom center level of a stereo source and even separate the center and side signals. Whether
you need to highlight a lead vocal without changing the stereo content, or you want to emphasize the center and pan the sound, CenterOne’s unique approach
provides unrivaled control.
Its unique algorithm adjusts midrange levels without compromising the sound quality between your new audio signal and the original source, so you can expect
a clean sound for every part of your mix and be confident that you can use the plugin in a wide variety of contexts.
The DynOne 3
system was designed from the ground up to provide you with 5 bands of high-quality parallel compression. Transparent and adjustable filters
help you control your sound levels without losing any nuances. Intelligent and responsive attack and release settings work
within preset limits to get you closer to your goal faster and with less guesswork.
Despite the assistance provided, it doesn’t deprive you of creative control, so if you’re the type who
isn’t satisfied until everything is done just right, the extensive features, clear metering, and intuitive controls will help you achieve your goals.
Features you won’t find anywhere else include a unique weighting algorithm that provides precise control over your sidechain
and a center mode that places special emphasis on your stereo field.
We ‘re
proud to introduce our second plugin in the Signature series, developed in collaboration with producer/engineer Joe Chiccarelli.
After successfully completing the process with the late Al Schmitt, we faced a new challenge, as Joe uses significantly more processing tools
to achieve his signature sound. We had to research and analyze even more devices, from EQs and preamps to compressors,
distortion units, reverbs, and a host of other effects. We then used the results of this research and analysis to create the signature characteristics
that define his unique sound.
The Joe Chiccarelli Signature plugin features 11 different profiles: kick, snare, toms, overhead drums, drum room, bass guitar, bass amp,
acoustic guitar, electric guitar, electric piano, and lead vocal. Each profile features a set of parameters controlling dynamics, EQs, compression,
parallel compression, and effects. All are selected with the right degree of control and are designed to instantly get your sound.
LimitOne
Audio limiting is the art of manipulating audio energy. The goal is often to increase loudness by altering the level dynamics in the most transparent
way possible. Historically, this was accomplished using an electrical circuit that follows the audio signal’s envelope and adjusts the variable gain
to reduce peaks and boost lows. These methods were later applied to the digital realm, and many variations and additions have since been created.
LimitOne is different from other devices. Our goal wasn’t to eliminate all existing limiters, as they all add their own unique flavor,
but to develop a new approach and utilize different methods to achieve results previously impossible.
We drew inspiration from two-stage limiting methods and the design of multiband compressors, from the way clipping adds color and expression,
and also paid attention to the problems and artifacts that arise when processing certain images. We then imagined what an easy-to
-use tool would look like if we weren’t limited by existing methods. This led to the idea of a hybrid algorithm combining the advantages of
digital signal processing in the frequency and time domains.
RootOne
allows you to add and shape three bands of subharmonic content to achieve the perfect tonal balance. Whether
you need a specific part of your mix to blend with others or need more low frequencies overall, you can stop overthinking
your workflow when bass matters most. This unique plugin complements your low-frequency range with clean,
phase-aligned subharmonics, so you never have to worry about frequency interference or disconnection.
The analysis-synthesis algorithm is effective across a much wider range of sources than traditional solutions, meaning more application possibilities,
more confidence, and more bass. In just a few clicks, you can find the perfect drum kit, bass guitar, or synth.
StageOne 2
gives you unrivaled control over various aspects of your stereo field, allowing you to widen stereo sound, add perceived depth
, or even transform mono signals into a stereo image for a better fit in the mix. You can adjust the width, depth
, and uniformity of the stereo image without phase or compatibility issues, thanks to a unique algorithm that delivers flawless results every time.
With a wide range of applications and an intuitive interface that speeds up audio playback, StageOne 2 delivers better results
than traditional methods. This attention to detail allows you to achieve depth and compatibility between different audio sources in a way
you can trust.
UltraVox 2
is a “set it and forget it” plugin designed for any songwriter, producer, or engineer who wants to quickly achieve great-sounding vocals.
UltraVox 2 features six carefully tuned algorithms that seamlessly handle any type of vocal. Compression evens out the sound,
controlling peaks and ensuring a smooth, balanced level without unwanted coloration. The Musical Control eliminates background noise
and softens unwanted breath or mouth sounds that often appear after compression.
Harmonics impart rich character and warmth to the timbre, while Air enhances clarity and radiance without adding harshness. A newly developed
de-essector provides transparent and natural control of harsh sibilants thanks to precise frequency analysis. Finally, the built-in reverb provides
a beautiful, ready-to-use vocal space that enhances sound quality without clouding the mix.

First Release
This runtime package was planned to be included in the upcoming R2RSYSTEM (in development/testing phase).
However, R2RSYSTEM still needs several months to ensure long-term reliability. We’ve decided to release this runtime ahead of the full release,
otherwise we’ll have to postpone many plugin updates. Once R2RSYSTEM is available, you won’t need to install this package.
TEAM R2R Network Block Runtime is a required package to run some R2R releases to avoid being hacked.
The network block runtime contains 5 DLLs for both 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
R2RHTTP.dll : For WINHTTP.dll
R2RINET.dll library : For WININET.dll
R2RTRUST.dll : For WINTRUST.dll
SENSR2R.dll : For SENSAPI.dll
WS2R2R.dll : For WS2_32.dll
Typically, these are Windows API emulators that do nothing. This allows attackers to block network access without monitoring or modifying the code.
Warning for advanced users: These emulators do not contain the full APIs of the original DLLs.
The 2.3.0 update added some API support for R2RHTTP and R2RINET.
