Unzip the archive and place it in a separate folder where you’ll run it.

When IllustratorPortable.exe starts, an entry will be added to the hosts file. This entry will be removed when it exits.
A shortcut to the etc. folder has been added to view the hosts file. If necessary, edit or create your own hosts.txt file.
If blocking hosts is not necessary, the hosts.txt file should not exist.
Do not add hosts unless necessary.
