Indigo is an uncompromising set of 5 plugins, specially designed for high-end mastering.

Tube Stereo EQ

This equalizer is to the professional audio engineer what a color palette is to a painter.
The exquisite tonal nuances of this versatile “tool” make it a truly uncompromising,
high-end tool that will add incredible dimension to your master recordings. Stereo

Shuffling Processor

The Shuffling Processor is a stereo imaging tool featuring switchable high- and low-pass filters with a 3/12 dB/octave slope
and a tube preamp section equipped with 2 different emulations.

This ambitious and unusual plugin pays homage to two different pieces of hardware, exploring concepts and techniques that are rarely used today, but are an important part of the history and evolution of professional audio recording.

The first unit we sampled for this plugin was created in Italy, designed and built by Marco Bosisio for Tesla Audio Laboratories ; This is a robust, high-pass and low-pass tube LC (inductor-capacitor) filter with a buffered output. It also features a passive elliptical LC filter that has been cleverly sampled and integrated into the plugin as a high-pass filter with a 3 dB/octave slope, capable of operating in stereo, mid or side mode. To provide greater versatility to the plugin version, we have also added a low-pass version of the same filter.

The second device is a transformer stereo processor with a tube buffer,
which was designed to correct the most common problems of microphone techniques and stereo systems.

This type of processing is often associated with the term “shuffling”, invented by Alan Blumlein in the early 1930s, hence the name – “shuffling” stereo processor.

Its 10-step stereo field manipulator lets you use an emulation of the original Blumlein shuffler circuit, as well as the famous “distributor” circuit developed for popular British tube consoles of the 1960s.

In addition, our plug-in includes emulations of a completely new stereo correction technique for crossed cardioids, ORTF and NOS arrays.

Indigo Compressors: Deep, smooth sound with great dynamics processing.

Indigo Compressors combine three different dynamics processors into one simple plug-in.

Choose from:

  • Mode A: Based on a mastering version of a vintage-style stereo analog optical compressor made by a renowned Canadian company and hand-built in the 1970s using discrete Class A transistor circuitry and classic input and output transformers.
  • Mode B: Derived from a modern optical mastering limiter/compressor, hand-built in California and based on classic designs from the early 1960’s.
It’s tight, warm, and has loads of “tube” character, adding amazing depth and dimension to any mix.
This is a must-have in your toolbox if you’re looking for versatility and robust frequency response during mixing, mastering, or post-production.
  • Mode C: This is where things get fun! This mode is a special “Frankenstein” compressor created by merging the essential characteristics of the previous two models into one powerful emulation. Imagine vintage compression on steroids.
  1. Download and install Framework.
  2. Unpack the .7z archive.
  • Select the folder with the required plugin format. Move the selected folder to the appropriate system directory.
  • Copy files from the !COMMON folder to the final plugin format folder in the appropriate system directory.
For example, you copied the VST3 folder from the Indigo 2023 folder to C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3.
  • Now the files from the !COMMON folder must be moved there too.
