This library does not contain the sounds of a real orchestra. This is the first product in the world that sounds like a real orchestra, and I worked for two years to achieve the organic nature of the sounds, so please take into account the natural imperfections created by digital synthesis. DOVInst® (Digital Organic Virtual Instrument) technology includes synthesis, morphing and post-processing of sound.
In addition to the synthesis, I had to manually edit the audio files to make the instruments rich, even optimizing the sound phase. The goal of my experimental product was not to replace real orchestra libraries, although I know that meticulously recording an orchestra in a studio or on stage is quite tedious.
Composers who influenced Svblime Est include James Horner, Danny Elfman, Ennio Morricone, Johan Johansson, Angelo Badalamenti, Alexandre Desplat, Mantovani, Vangelis, Klaus Doldinger, John Williams, Mikael Danna, Hans Zimmer, Basil Poledouris, Michael Giacchino and Aaron Siegman.
Since I focused primarily on the sound, the user interface is quite simple and does not have many features.
The percussion was completely original; in fact, although convincing, the snare drum, created by mixing overtones, lacks the dynamics of a real snare drum.
This orchestra is the first step towards digital organic emulation of real musical instruments.
