Jazz Bass is a completely new approach to our range of instruments dedicated to jazz music. Expanding on the concepts we introduced with the Simple Jazz Bass, we decided to make a deeper sampling instrument that captures all the nuances of sound sampled in a professional studio with 5 different mic positions.
The instrument has 4 articulations: pizzicato, pizzicato vibrato, legato and glissando. Moreover, we tried two “special” articulations:
Slap (slap, slap) – very useful for blues, percussion passages and rockabilly;
Ghost Notes, like slaps, are mainly used to give rhythm to a bass line.

4 GB Ram, 16 GB of free space on the system disk for installation (8G after installation).
Full version of Native Instruments Kontakt 5.8.1 or higher.

Please note that Jazz Bass doesn’t need a serial code nor can be added with Native Access. Thus, it doesn’t run on the free Kontakt Player. For the same reason, FluffyAudio libraries do not appear in the left browser of Kontakt. Only Kontakt Player encoded libraries do appear in the left panel.
If you get a DEMO timeout message after 15 minutes of use, this means that you are running Jazz Bass in Kontakt Player and not in Kontakt Full Version.
